wHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Friday’s welcome dinner will be on the beach. We suggest casual yet chic attire and advise women against wearing heels due to the sandy setting. 

For Saturday’s wedding, coastal cocktail attire is requested. Men should wear jackets, but ties are optional. Cooler weather is expected after sunset.

Sunday morning’s farewell brunch calls for casual attire.

When should i arrive?

We’ve planned a series of small gatherings and events throughout the week of September 8th, leading up to Friday’s welcome dinner on the 12th. Keep an eye on this website for updates as we get closer. Feel free to explore the island throughout the week, but please plan to arrive by Friday afternoon at the latest.

whAT TOWN IS BEST TO STAY IN?

All organized events will take place in Vineyard Haven. For accommodations, small bed and breakfasts and the Mansion House Hotel in downtown Vineyard Haven are closest to our venues. However, nightlife and dining options are limited there. For a livelier environment, consider staying in Edgartown or Oak Bluffs which are only 15-20 minutes away.

where are the venues?

Friday’s welcome dinner will be held at “Crick House,” with views of Vineyard Sound and Lake Tashmoo. Crick House is located at 637 Herring Creek Road in Vineyard Haven, MA. 

Saturday’s wedding ceremony and reception will take place at The Vineyard Haven Yacht Club overlooking Vineyard Haven Harbor. The VHYC is located at 45 Owen Little Way in Vineyard Haven, MA. 

For those still on the island, a farewell brunch will be hosted at the Homans Residence on Sunday morning. The Homans Residence is located at 60 Hvoslef Way in Vineyard Haven, MA.

is the wedding outdoors?

Saturday’s wedding ceremony will be held on a dock with stunning views of Vineyard Haven Harbor. Immediately following, enjoy a cocktail hour on the beach and front porch. Dinner and dancing will take place both indoors and on the porch.

BY when should i rsvp ?

RSVP by July 1, 2025. Early RSVP’s are appreciated.

am i allowed a plus one?

We kindly request no additional guests. Only the individuals named on the invitation envelopes are invited to all scheduled events. Thank you for understanding!

Are children allowed?

All planned events are adults only.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! Instead of registering for gifts, we cherish your well wishes and support as we look forward to buying a home in the coming years.

when should i be at the venue?

Join us at Crick House for dinner and drinks at 5:30 PM on Friday, September 12th.

For the ceremony at The Vineyard Haven Yacht Club, please arrive by 5:00 PM on Saturday, September 13th as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM.

Our open house brunch begins at 11:00 AM at the Homans Residence on Sunday, September 14th.

is there an after party?

Naturally! For those keen to keep the party going, we'll gather at the Ritz Cafe in Oak Bluffs Saturday at 10:30 PM. See you there!
